To ensure a pleasant stay in the heart of her guest house in Cannes (06), Fanny Larroze envisioned a home concept that combines the comfort benefits of an upscale hotel with the flexibility of on-measure services of a charming guest house.
Breakfast
The room rate, whatever the season, always includes breakfast.
It is served in the veranda, in the garden, on the roof terrace or in your room, from 8am to 10:30am.

Guest Table
The art of living at the Villa du Roc Fleuri is also a delicious table d’hôtes. On request, the owner of the guest house in Cannes will be happy to concoct typical Nice dishes, Mediterranean specialties and original creations that combine mint, lemon, garlic and basil.
The most demanding taste buds have already succumbed to the Monkfish à la niçoise, the Tart with 2 salmons and Linguine with scampi…
But Fanny saves the best for last. Soufflé with Grand Marnier and chocolate, her mother’s Tarte Tatin or Fruit Crumble are just the beginning of a gourmet and refined dessert menu. Enjoy your meal.
Reservation 48h in advance, from Monday to Friday, only in the evening. The price is 25€ per person.
Checking
In the morning, departures take place between 8 and 11 am.
Arrivals are in the evening from 5pm to 10pm. For any other schedule, please make a preliminary request.
Residing at the villa, on simple request, Fanny is at the disposal of her guests for later arrivals. The owner offers to keep the luggage of her guests on the day of their arrival or after their departure from the villa if they wish to enjoy their day in Cannes with a light mind.
Animals
Already equipped with her adorable mascot with 4 legs (Peps), the Villa gladly accept pets (cats, dogs).

Babies
Upon request at the time of booking, suite n°1, suite n°2 and room n°3 can be equipped with an umbrella bed for parents traveling with their baby(s).
Upon request in advance, an extra bed for children or adults can be provided at an additional cost.
Transportations
To travel without constraint to Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Monaco, Nice, Saint-Tropez …, the guest house proposes the rental of tourist car with driver via AZUR VTC.
The rates are very competitive compared to a taxi, the quality of the services is excellent and the telephone service is provided 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Privatisation
Want to privatize the whole house? For a family, friends, wedding, anniversary or as part of a team building, seminar, training or meeting, the guest house Cannes will be dedicated and the service provided breakfast.
